Hammer Cow Mat is a heavy-duty rubber flooring solution engineered for dairy farms, cattle barns, and high-traffic livestock areas. It is constructed from premium SBR/ recycled rubber with a distinct hammered (embossed dot/ bump) surface—a design widely trusted for maximum safety and comfort in modern dairy operations.

The dense, raised hammer pattern delivers exceptional anti-slip performance, critical in milking parlors, feeding alleys, and transition zones where moisture and manure create slippery risks. This texture also provides mild massage to cow hooves and enhances air circulation beneath the animal, reducing moisture buildup, skin irritation, and bacterial growth.

With ideal hardness (60–70 Shore A) and high elasticity, the mat absorbs impact from standing, lying, and movement, greatly lowering stress on joints, tendons, and hooves—key to preventing lameness and improving cow welfare. Its fully waterproof, non-absorbent surface simplifies cleaning: pressure washing, scraping, and disinfection are fast and effective.

Built for heavy farm use, it resists abrasion, tearing, ozone, and chemical degradation from manure, detergents, and disinfectants. It performs reliably across -40°C to 100°C, maintaining flexibility in cold and stability in heat.
