Product Description

Our Foam Cow Mat is a high-comfort bedding solution specially designed for dairy cows, cattle and calves. It consists of a high-density elastic foam core and a tough waterproof rubber surface, combining softness and durability perfectly.

The thick foam core provides excellent cushioning and pressure distribution, reducing pressure points and protecting cows’ joints, legs and hooves during long hours of rest. This helps improve lying time, milk production and overall animal health.

The surface layer is waterproof, non-absorbent and easy to clean, effectively preventing bacterial growth and keeping the stall hygienic. The anti-slip texture ensures safe movement for cows. With good compression resistance, the mat does not easily deform or harden even after long-term use.

It is widely used in cow stalls, resting areas, calving pens and dairy farm breeding areas. We provide standard sizes and thicknesses and accept custom sizes to fit different stall layouts.

Package: Focusing on efficiency & performance

To ensure Foam Cow Mats remain in perfect condition during storage and transportation, each mat is wrapped with protective plastic film to prevent scratches, dust and moisture. Mats are neatly arranged on sturdy fumigation-free plywood pallets and securely fastened with high-strength packing straps.

Protective corner guards are installed to avoid collision damage. Waterproof labels clearly show product specifications, batch number, thickness and size. For overseas shipments, the entire pallet is covered with waterproof shrink film for extra protection. Products arrive clean, undamaged and ready for use.
