What Should You Know About Loading Rubber Sheet Rolls Into Export Containers?

2026-10-09

Jingmei Rubber factory produces all kinds of rubber sheetsand rubber mats for global export. We often ship mixed orders in full containers. Proper container loading is critical to protect heavy rubber rolls and avoid shipping troubles during long ocean transportation.

Reasonable Stacking: Balance Weight for Safe Shipment

We separate rubber rolls by weight and size before loading. Heavy thick rubber sheet rolls are placed at the bottom of the container. Lighter silicone sheets and rubber floor rolls are stacked on top. This layout keeps balanced weight and prevents cargo collapse.

Waterproof Packaging: Avoid Scratches & Moisture Damage

Each rubber roll is wrapped with waterproof PE film. The wrapping protects rubber surfaces from scratches, dust and dampness. It keeps rubber sheets in perfect condition when arriving at destination ports.

Strict Weight Control: Prevent Overweight Penalties

We calculate total cargo weight in advance and check weight during loading. We fully follow shipping line and road transport limits. Our QC team inspects quantity, packaging and stack stability before sealing the container.

Mixed Loading Available: Save Your Ocean Freight

We support mixed loading of different rubber products in one container. You can combine industrial rubber sheets, livestock mats and rubber flooring.
