A variety of solid color options are provided, and custom color matching is supported to meet farm project design requirements.
Advantages
Offering enhanced horse safety & joint protection, the elastic rubber surface cushions hooves and joints against hard‑ground injuries, while strong anti‑slip performance prevents slips when horses turn, trot or stand on wet surfaces. Made of recycled SBR rubber granules with premium PU adhesive, these tiles feature precision‑molded interlocking dog‑bone edges for tool‑free quick modular installation; pavers snap tightly together for easy detachment, replacement and partial repair. Thanks to high‑density hot‑pressed construction, they deliver outstanding weather and heavy‑load durability, resisting abrasion, cracking, UV and harsh outdoor farm conditions. Its open‑drainage design speeds up urine and rainwater discharge, simplifying manure cleanup and cutting barn ammonia buildup. Eco‑friendly, low‑odor and cost‑effective with long service life, these anti‑slip granular tiles come in multiple thicknesses, solid colors and custom color options, ideal for indoor stables, aisles and outdoor paddocks.
Applications
These interlocking‑edge rubber horse pavers fit diverse equine facilities and public outdoor applications, covering horse stalls, stable aisles, grooming zones and wash bays, paddock walkways, horse yard paths and covered exercise areas, as well as equestrian center passageways, tack room floors and loading zones. They also work great for cattle‑housing livestock barns and other farm animal premises, farm drive‑through lanes, garden walkways, residential patio ground, plus public park trails and pet activity zones.
Production
Our interlocking rubber horse pavers are produced via high‑temperature hot‑press molding as displayed in production photos. Well‑blended raw materials are evenly loaded into custom‑built metal molds with precision‑calibrated interlocking edge profiles for horse pavers. Subject to regulated high temperature and substantial pressure from hydraulic hot‑press equipment, rubber granules get firmly compacted and fused into solid single tiles with integrated puzzle‑shaped interlocking edges. This hot‑press technology ensures robust internal bonding, consistent density and precise interlock geometry to achieve secure tile‑to‑tile connections.

Once hot‑press forming is completed, finished pavers undergo cooling followed by rigorous in‑house inspection. We carry out checks on surface texture, dimensional accuracy of interlocking joints, thickness and bonding performance. Any non‑compliant products will be rejected prior to packaging, so as to supply rubber horse pavers with steady quality for equestrian‑related projects.
Package
Finished rubber horse pavers are stacked neatly one by one. Stacked pallets are wrapped with waterproof plastic film to shield goods from dust and moisture throughout transportation.

The wrapped stacks are placed onto export‑standard wooden pallets and further fastened with stretch film. This pallet‑based packing design allows forklift loading and unloading, which greatly lowers the risk of product damage during long‑distance sea and land transportation, making it perfectly suitable for wholesale container shipments.
FAQS
Q1: What base surface is required for installing these interlocking rubber horse pavers?
A1: A flat, rigid concrete or asphalt base is ideal for installation. Soft soil, sand and grass ground are not suitable for direct laying, which will affect the stability of the pavers.
Q2: Will the rubber pavers become brittle or crack in cold winter weather?
A2: No. Made of high‑quality recycled SBR rubber, the pavers feature good low‑temperature resistance. It can cope with cold weather and temperature fluctuations, and keep intact under normal farm‑use conditions.
Q3: Can the rubber horse pavers absorb urine effectively?
A3: They are designed with open drainage structure instead of absorbing urine. Urine can flow away rapidly through gaps, which helps reduce ammonia buildup and keeps the stable environment cleaner.
