Technical Grade NBR (Nitrile) rubber sheet is a synthetic material widely used in various applications, owing to its excellent resistance to most petroleum-based fluids, oils and greases.
It offers moderate mechanical properties and satisfactory resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, but is not suitable for use with ketones.

Our strong production capacity is supported by a complete and advanced production equipment system: 6 open mills, 6 internal mixers, 4 calendering machines, 10 drum vulcanizers and 5 flat vulcanizers. In particular, each drum vulcanizer is equipped with an automated length measurement system, which greatly improves production efficiency, dimensional accuracy and product consistency.

Package: Focusing on efficiency & performance
To ensure the NBR rubber sheets remain in perfect condition during storage and transportation, we have implemented a complete and reliable packaging system. Each roll or sheet is first covered with a protective plastic film to prevent scratches, dust, moisture, and contamination. The rubber sheets are then neatly arranged on sturdy, fumigation‑free plywood pallets that meet international export standards. To enhance stability and avoid shifting during transit, we use high‑strength packing straps to securely fasten the entire load. Protective corner guards and rubber pads are installed at all potential contact points to avoid pressure marks, deformation, or damage caused by friction or strapping. We also use waterproof, wear‑resistant labels that clearly show product specifications, batch number, thickness, size, and quantity for easy identification.

For overseas shipments, the entire pallet can be covered with stretch film or waterproof shrink film for extra protection against humidity and rain. With these standardized packaging measures, we ensure that our NBR rubber sheets arrive clean, undamaged, and ready for use at your facility.
