Flame retardant silicone rubber sheet is manufactured using silicone rubber as the base raw material, blended with a high-performance flame-retardant compound. It is self-extinguishing and produces minimal smoke when exposed to fire, without emitting any toxic or harmful fumes upon burning. The product keeps silicone rubber’s excellent heat resistance and good mechanical properties, and is specially designed for fire protection, flame retardant use and sealing purposes in electrical engineering, building construction and high-temperature industrial fields.

Our material delivers excellent flame retardancy and self‑extinguishing performance that complies with the UL94 V0 flame retardant standard. It produces low smoke and releases no toxic substances when burning, making it safe for indoor environments and electrical equipment applications. Featuring wide temperature resistance, it maintains stable performance across a range from -60℃ to 220℃ and offers strong resistance to thermal aging. Additionally, it performs well in oil resistance, weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. With outstanding compression rebound ability, it will not develop permanent deformation even under long‑term compression.
