Production of Stud Rubber Stable Mat

2026-04-13

With the continuous development of animal husbandry and equestrian sports, the demand for high-quality, practical stable mats is increasing. Recently, our factory has officially launched the stud rubber stable mat, a new product designed to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for animals such as horses, cattle and sheep, and simplify the daily cleaning work for breeders.

The stud rubber stable mat is designed with user needs in mind, offering flexible choices in size and thickness to adapt to different stable spaces and animal types. For size, two standard options are available: 1.22m x 1.83m and 1m x 2m. Breeders can choose the appropriate size according to the area of their stables, ensuring full coverage and no waste of space. In terms of thickness, 12mm and 17mm are provided. The 12mm mat is light and easy to lay, suitable for small horse, while the 17mm mat is thicker and more durable, ideal for larger horses.

The mat has a scientific and practical design in appearance and function. Its upper surface is equipped with uniform dot patterns, which are soft and non-slip. This design not only increases the comfort of the mat but also provides a stable lying and resting place for animals, effectively reducing the pressure on their joints and avoiding injuries caused by slipping. The bottom surface of the mat is designed with deep drainage grooves, which can quickly drain water, urine and other dirt while keeping the mat firmly attached to the ground, preventing it from shifting during animal activities.

Made of high-quality rubber material, the stud rubber stable mat is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Breeders only need to rinse it with water to keep it clean, greatly reducing the workload of daily cleaning. This product not only improves the living environment of animals but also brings convenience to breeding work, and is expected to be widely used in farms, equestrian clubs and other places.
