This ESD rubber sheet features stable electrostatic dissipative performance, with a surface resistance that meets 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω, ensuring rapid dissipation of static electricity generated by human body, equipment or environment, without causing static sparks or accumulation. It also has excellent wear resistance, tensile strength and flexibility, not easy to crack or deform, and can withstand long-term stepping, friction and use in workstations.

Our strong production capacity is supported by a complete set of production equipment: 6 open mills, 6 internal mixers, 4 calendering machines, 12 drum vulcanizers and 8 flat vulcanizers. Each vulcanizing machine is equipped with an automatic temperature control system, which ensures the stability of the insulation performance of the rubber sheet. We can also customize products according to customer requirements, including thickness, size, and insulation grade.

Each rubber sheet is wrapped with a moisture-proof, dust-proof plastic film to avoid contamination and damage. For batch products, we use fumigation-free wooden pallets that meet international export standards, and fix them with high-strength packing straps to prevent shifting during transportation.
