Our Anti-static (ESD) Rubber Sheet is a professional static control product, crafted from high-quality rubber materials with added electrostatic dissipative agents, strictly manufactured in accordance with international ESD standards. It is designed to solve static electricity problems in electronic manufacturing and precision operation scenarios, effectively protecting sensitive electronic components from static damage.

This ESD rubber sheet features stable electrostatic dissipative performance, with a surface resistance that meets 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω, ensuring rapid dissipation of static electricity generated by human body, equipment or environment, without causing static sparks or accumulation. It also has excellent wear resistance, tensile strength and flexibility, not easy to crack or deform, and can withstand long-term stepping, friction and use in workstations.

The non-toxic, odorless and smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect, making it suitable for electronics factories, semiconductor workshops, laboratories, cleanrooms, ESD workstations and other scenarios that require static control. Our strong production capacity is supported by a complete set of production equipment: 6 open mills, 6 internal mixers, 4 calendering machines, 12 drum vulcanizers and 8 flat vulcanizers. Each vulcanizing machine is equipped with an automatic temperature control system, which ensures the stability of the insulation performance of the rubber sheet. We can also customize products according to customer requirements, including thickness, size, and insulation grade.

Professional inspectors conduct comprehensive inspections on key parameters such as dielectric strength, insulation resistance, thickness, tensile strength, and aging resistance, and keep detailed inspection records.   the entire production cycle: raw material inspection (to ensure the insulation performance of raw rubber), in-process inspection (to monitor the mixing, calendering, and vulcanization processes), and pre-shipment inspection (to confirm the insulation performance and appearance of the finished product). Only products that pass all inspections can be shipped, ensuring the reliability and stability of the insulation performance.

To ensure the insulation performance of the Insulation Rubber Sheet is not damaged during storage and transportation, we adopt a scientific and reliable packaging method. Each rubber sheet is wrapped with a moisture-proof, dust-proof plastic film to avoid contamination and damage. For batch products, we use fumigation-free wooden pallets that meet international export standards, and fix them with high-strength packing straps to prevent shifting during transportation.

Package: Focusing on efficiency & performance

For overseas shipments, we add a layer of waterproof and moisture-proof film to the outer packaging to prevent the insulation performance from being affected by humidity. The packaging is labeled with clear product information (insulation grade, thickness, size, batch number) for easy identification and management. All packaging materials are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, ensuring that the Insulation Rubber Sheet arrives at your facility in perfect condition.

We also use waterproof, wear-resistant labels that clearly show product specifications, batch number, thickness, size, quantity, and ESD performance parameters for easy identification. For overseas shipments, the entire pallet can be covered with stretch film or waterproof shrink film for extra protection against humidity and rain.
